Solomon Scott Law Firm, PLLC, counsels and represents homebuyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, commercial property owners, developers and lenders in central Florida and South Florida in all facets of real estate law. Solomon Scott Law Firm can knowledgeably address residential closings, commercial leases, housing development, evictions, lease disputes, building code enforcement and range of other issues relating to owning, renting or developing real property.

This law firm brings a diverse legal background and critical perspectives to your real estate matter. She also studied landlord-tenant law and government-subsidized housing as a Legal Fellow through a program sponsored by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Few attorneys have such thorough training in state and federal housing laws and the rights of all parties.

Personalized Attention And Direct Access

At some law firms, your legal concern may be pushed off to legal assistants or associates who are not experienced or not up to speed on your case. At Solomon Scott Law Firm, PLLC, clients work directly with the Attorney. Clients will receive personal attention, from legal research to drafting or reviewing documents. Many past clients have said they appreciate that one-to-one contact and continuity. Solomon Scott Law Firm also realizes that work schedules may not allow for meeting with an attorney during normal business hours. Upon request, clients may also have access to speak with an Attorney on evenings and some weekend consultations (by appointment only) to accommodate clients who need an alternative.

About The Firm

Founding Attorney Patrice Scott grew up in Orlando and earned her law degree from Florida A&M University of Law. She has an extensive background in community partnerships for housing development. She maintains that same mindset when partnering with each of her clients to achieve their goals and resolve their conflicts in a practical and efficient manner.
